Policies
DEPOSITS
Syd requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking a tattoo appointment. The total amount of this deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposits are to be paid via Venmo: @CodSpeed (please only use EMOJIS for the text/comment portion of Venmo) Be sure to leave the “Purchases” toggle OFF to avoid fees
PAYMENTS
Syd accepts CASH payments (please keep in mind that we cannot break bills or make change, so plan accordingly), and Venmo payments due at the time of service.
MASKING POLICY
Masks are required in the common areas at Jackalope Tattoo and are provided in the reception area for your convenience.
COVID POLICY
If you have been exposed to Covid, have tested positive, or have any symptoms please contact codspeedtattoos@gmail.com to be rescheduled.
GUESTS
ONE support companion may join you during your appointment, pending Syd’s approval. Please notify Syd in advance if you’d like to bring someone.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
We require 48hrs notice to reschedule an appointment. You may reschedule once. Any further client initiated rescheduling will result in loss of deposit and you will need to submit a new deposit to book. To reschedule, you must reach out to codspeedtattoos@gmail.com.
Outright cancellation of appointment will result in loss of deposit.
If there is an emergency or you are ill within 48hrs of your appointment, please reach out via email to let us know the situation. These instances will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. You will need to reach out to Syd to be rescheduled.
